Epoxy resin-based mineral casting and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an epoxy resin-based mineral casting and a preparation method thereof. The mineral casting comprises 85-88 parts of aggregate, 7-9 parts of an adhesive, 4-5 parts of a filler and 1 part of an auxiliary agent, the total amount of all the components is 100 parts. The adhesive comprises epoxy resin and a curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) s1, preparing epoxy resin; s2, preparing the curing agent; (2) preparing aggregate particles; (3) sequentially adding a reinforcing agent and a filling material into a stirring device to obtain a mixture A; (4) weighing the s1 and the s2 according to the formula weight to obtain the adhesive; adding an adhesive into the mixture A to obtain a mixture B; (5) compacting the mixture B by high-frequency vibration to obtain a primary product; and (6) heating and curing the primary product, opening a mold and cooling to obtain a finished product. The compressive strength of the mineral casting reaches 160-180 MPa, and the elastic modulus of compression reaches 40-55 GPa; the preparation method is simple, easy to control and suitable for wide popularization and application.
本发明提供了一种环氧树脂基矿物铸件及制备方法,矿物铸件包括:骨料85‑88份、粘合剂7‑9份、填充料4‑5份、助剂1份;所有组分的总量为100份;粘合剂包括环氧树脂和固化剂。制备方法为:(1)S 1,制备环氧树脂;S2,制备固化剂;(2)制备骨料颗粒;(3)按次序向搅拌装置中加入增强剂和填充料,得混合料A;(4)将S 1和S2按配方重量称重,得粘合剂;将粘合剂加入到混合料A中,得混合料B;(5)将混合料B采用高频振动密实,得初品;(6)将初品加热固化,开模冷却,得成品。该矿物铸件的抗压强度达到160‑180MPa,压缩弹性模量达到了40‑55GPa;该制备方法简单、易控,适于广泛推广应用。
