The invention provides an epoxy modified polyurethane road repairing material and a preparation method thereof. The epoxy modified polyurethane road repairing material provided by the invention comprises a component A, a component B and a component C. Raw materials in each component are proportioned in parts by weight. The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyether polyol, 20-60 parts of isocyanate, 10-50 parts of epoxy resin and 5-15 parts of a plasticizer; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of an amine curing chain extender, 2-30 parts of tertiary amine polyether glycol, 0.5-3 parts of an accelerant, 1-5 parts of a thixotropic agent and 5-20 parts of a diluent; and the component C is aggregate. The weight ratio of the component A to the component B is (3-10): 1, and the ratio of the weight sum of the component A and the component B to the weight of the component C is 1: (3-10). The epoxy modified polyurethane road repairing material disclosed by the invention can be used for quickly repairing damaged pit slots of roads, and has good toughness and mechanical properties.
