The invention discloses a process for making bricks by using mineralized carbon dioxide. The process comprises the steps of crushing a brick making raw material and an auxiliary agent, and mixing in proportion to obtain a raw powder dry material; preparing an absorption liquid for mineralizing CO2; adding the absorption liquid into the raw powder dry material, introducing CO2 gas at the same time, and conducting premixing to obtain slurry; carrying out homogenization treatment on the premixed slurry to obtain a brick making raw material, and introducing CO2 gas in the homogenization treatment process; pouring the brick making raw material into a formed building block; enabling the formed building block to be subjected to standing, demolding, pre-curing and cutting to obtain a formed brick; and feeding the formed brick into a CO2 gas atmosphere to be cured, wherein the curing pressure is greater than or equal to 0.1 MpaG, the curing time is greater than or equal to 1 h, and the content of CO2 in the CO2 gas atmosphere is greater than or equal to 10 vol%. According to the process for making bricks by using mineralized carbon dioxide, the pressure of CO2 needed in the curing process is reduced, the curing time is shortened, the cost needed by curing is also reduced, the cost is saved, and the application range of CO2 mineralized brick making is widened.
