Formula and method for producing foamed ceramic from fly ash and sludge of sewage treatment plant
The invention relates to a formula for producing foamed ceramic from fly ash and sludge of a sewage treatment plant. The formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of garbage fly ash, 10-35 parts of sludge, 0-20 parts of kaolin, 20-40 parts of quartz tailings, 5-30 parts of feldspar, 0.1-2 parts of a foaming agent and 1-3 parts of an auxiliary agent. The invention also provides a method for producing the foamed ceramic by using fly ash and sludge from a sewage treatment plant. The method has the advantages of high water resource utilization rate and low new water consumption, realizes combustion under the conditions of high wind temperature and low oxygen concentration by adopting diffuse anaerobic high-temperature sintering, and can effectively remove dioxins. Because of low oxygen consumption in the combustion process, by matching with a heat storage type waste heat recovery technology, hot air generated by diffuse-type anaerobic high-temperature firing can be reused for drying and preheating of materials, so that energy is saved.
