The invention relates to a large-section integral closing construction method for a truss arch bridge. The method comprises the following steps: hoisting a large-size closure segment, vertically bending and deforming the large-size closure segment in the hoisting process, shortening the longitudinal size of the large-size closure segment, enabling the large-size closure segment to smoothly enter a closure opening, and then performing alignment welding, and realizing integral closing of large sections of the truss arch bridge. Compared with traditional multi-section support installation, the method has the advantages that temporary piers in water are reduced, the influence on the existing navigation channel is reduced, and the construction risk is reduced while the efficiency is improved.
