The invention discloses an offshore booster station accident oil pool arrangement system, and relates to the field of new energy and electric power systems. The offshore booster station accident oil pool arrangement system comprises a bottom deck, an accident oil pool, a main transformer body and a radiator; the accident oil pool is connected with a first oil storage pit of the main transformer body; the first oil storage pit is connected with a second oil storage pit of the radiator; a load center of an offshore booster station coincides with a geometric center of the offshore booster station; an oil discharge hole of the accident oil pool is connected to an oil pumping device; and pile foundations are arranged at four corners of the bottom deck correspondingly. The accident oil pool originally arranged on the front face of the bottom deck is arranged on the back face of the bottom deck in a convex mode, the area of a bottom platform of the offshore booster station can be effectively saved by about 40 square meters and is saved by about 3%, and therefore the investment cost of the offshore booster station is reduced. The invention further relates to an arrangement method of the offshore booster station accident oil pool arrangement system.
