The underground space expansion anchor rod pile positioner comprises a steel plate, a positioning hole, a positioning bolt and positioning nuts; the steel plate, the positioning hole, the positioning bolt and the positioning nuts interact to precisely position an anchor rod pile sleeve; the steel plate is fixed on an operation platform in an orifice position of an anchor rod pile hole; the steel plate is opened to form the positioning hole; multiple positioning nuts are uniformly distributed at the outer periphery of the positioning hole in the steel plate in the annular direction; and the positioning nuts are connected with the steel plate through welding. The underground space expansion anchor rod pile positioner adopts the positioning bolt to precisely position the anchor rod pile sleeve, and is suitable for construction of underground space expansion anchor rod piles.
