The waist beam supporting device comprises the two slope protection piles, empty grooves are formed in the opposite ends of the two slope protection piles in a penetrating mode, the inner walls of the two empty grooves are jointly and slidably connected with a first box body, a first bevel gear is fixedly connected with the upper end of a first rotating rod, the first bevel gear meshes with a second bevel gear, a floating mechanism is arranged in a second box body, a third box body is fixedly connected with the lower end of the second box body, and transverse grooves are formed in the two ends of the third box body in a penetrating mode. The first box body and the second box body of every two adjacent slope protection piles are tightly attached to the slope protection piles, so that the slope protection piles, the first box body and the second box body form a whole, the occupied area is increased, and the supporting performance of the slope protection piles is enhanced under the gravity of water; and after the building construction is completed, the first box body, the second box body and the slope protection piles can be conveniently disassembled, and the first box body and the second box body can be recycled.
