Open top-type tunnel
The invention discloses an open top-type tunnel. The open top-type tunnel comprises a tunnel body and the tunnel body is of a concrete structure with embedded steel bars. The tunnel body is of a U-shaped groove structure defined by a left side wall, a bottom plate layer and a right side wall, anti-floating lugs are arranged at bottom parts of two sides of the tunnel body and formed by extending of the bottom plate layer towards two sides, a thickness of the bottom plate layer is equal to that of the anti-floating lugs, the anti-floating lugs on two sides of the tunnel body are pressed by an anti-floating soil burying layer, and an auxiliary road is arranged on an upper surface of the anti-floating soil burying layer. Since the anti-floating lugs are additionally arranged, a foundation is reinforced through jet grouting piles, a problem that the tunnel floats is solved, and deformation of the tunnel is reduced. The optimal parameters of the anti-floating lugs are obtained through multiple experiments, and production cost is reduced to the maximum extent on the premise that an anti-floating effect of the tunnel is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种顶部敞开式隧道,包括隧道本体,隧道本体采用预埋钢筋的混凝土结构,其特征在于,隧道本体是由左侧墙、底板层和右侧墙围成的U型槽结构,隧道本体的两侧底部设有抗浮挑耳,所述抗浮挑耳是由底板层向两侧延伸而成,底板层的厚度等于抗浮挑耳的厚度,隧道本体两侧的抗浮挑耳被抗浮土埋层压住,抗浮土埋层的上表面设有辅道。由于增设了抗浮挑耳,并用旋喷桩对地基进行加固,解决了隧道出现浮动的问题,从而减少了隧道的变形。通过多次实验得到了抗浮挑耳的最佳参数,在保证隧道抗浮效果的前提下,以最大限度地降低了生产成本。
