The invention discloses a floating state pouring method for a steel shell immersed tube. The floating state pouring method comprises the following steps that firstly, an angle measuring device and a ballast water leveling device are arranged on a steel shell immersed tube to be poured; the steel shell immersed tube is moored, so that the steel shell immersed tube is enabled to float in water, and a cable force measuring device is arranged on each cable; and secondly, the dynamic balance state of the steel shell immersed tube in water is kept, and self-compacting concrete is poured into the steel shell immersed tube. According to the method, the steel shell immersed tube is moored in water, the steel shell immersed tube is kept in a floating state, and the steel shell immersed tube concrete is poured, so that the influence caused by site limitation is effectively avoided, the pouring condition of the steel shell immersed tube can be well met, and the safety and technical problems caused by long-distance transportation and hauling are reduced; and dynamic balance of the steel shell immersed tube in the pouring process is kept through ballast water adjustment and mooring adjustment, then the pouring quality of the steel shell immersed tube concrete can be improved, the pouring effect is good, operation is easy, and implementation is easy.
