The invention belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering, and particularly relates to a prestressed anti-corrosion durable device. The prestressed anti-corrosion durable device comprises a prestressed steel strand, an outer sleeve, a grouting pipe, a positioning bracket, a fixing device, a grouting body and a guiding device, wherein the outer sleeve wraps the prestressed steel strand; the grouting pipe is located in the middle of the prestressed steel strand; the fixing device is provided with a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece, the first fixing piece is used for tensioning and locking the upper end of the prestressed steel strand, the second fixing piece is used for tensioning and locking the lower end of the prestressed steel strand, and the second fixing piece is provided with a bearing body for improving the bearing strength; the grouting body is used for grouting into an anchor rod drill hole through the grouting pipe, and the inner side and the outer side of the prestressed steel strand are poured into an integrated cylindrical column body; and the guiding device is used for protecting the second fixing piece and guiding when the second fixing piece is embedded into the anchor rod drill hole. According to the prestressed anti-corrosion durable device, the guiding device can facilitate the prestressed steel strand and the grouting pipe to be quickly inserted into the ground, and the second fixing piece can be protected so as to be prevented from being corroded.
