The invention provides a tower type building deviation rectifying method, and relates to the technical field of building maintenance. The tower type building deviation rectifying method comprises the following implementation steps that (1) foundation beams are arranged, foundation trenches are excavated in the outer sides of the periphery of a tower type building foundation, and the foundation beams of steel structures or reinforced concrete structures which are correspondingly connected with the periphery of a corresponding tower type building foundation structure in a fastened mode are arranged in the foundation trenches; (2) through holes are formed, the multiple through holes which are distributed in the circumferential direction of a tower type building are formed in the tops of beam bodies of the foundation beams, and reaction frames are installed at the positions of the through holes; (3) friction piles are arranged, hydraulic jacks are installed in the reaction frames in the step (2), and the friction piles are pressed into the through holes one by one through the hydraulic jacks; (4) deviation rectifying is conducted, the multiple hydraulic jacks located in the inclination direction of the tower type building are controlled to synchronously and slowly jack, one sides of the foundation beams are slowly lifted under supporting of the multiple friction piles, and then the inclined side of the tower type building is slowly lifted; and (5) reinforcing is conducted. The tower type building deviation rectifying method is simple in construction process, safe and reliable.
