The invention discloses a fast assembly type environment-friendly sound insulation board and an assembly method thereof. The fast assembly type environment-friendly sound insulation board comprises a board outer frame, assembly boards and connecting bolts, the board is assembled in the mode that the board outer frame wraps the two sets of assembly boards, and the two sets of manufactured assembly boards are placed on the side face of the board outer frame. The outer side of the sound insulation shell of the base plate is embedded into the outer frame of the plate along the clamping and embedding slide way, the through insertion rod at the front end of the clamping and embedding head penetrates through the center embedding hole and finally enters the communicating clamping groove, meanwhile, the lock catch head is embedded into the buckle groove under the action of the lock catch spring, and finally the assembled plate is fixed through the connecting bolt. The number of times of bolt connection in the installation and connection steps is reduced, the installation steps are simplified, the installation difficulty is reduced, and therefore consumed working hours are reduced.
