The invention discloses a ventilation sun shield suitable for a glass curtain wall. The ventilation sun shield comprises a sun shield body, wherein the rear end of the sun shield body is connected with a floor, a plurality of air ducts are formed in the sun shield body, the air ducts are arranged obliquely inwards, lower openings of the air ducts face the glass curtain wall, the air ducts are in a horn mouth shape, the upper portions of the air ducts are large, the lower portions of the air ducts are small, air enters from the large openings and exits from the small openings, air at the outlets is compressed, the flow speed is increased, the outlets of the small openings face the glass curtain wall, more heat can be taken away in a short time, the cooling effect is achieved, and therefore the internal consumption of a building is reduced.
