The invention discloses a construction device for preventing hollowing and cracking of a water retention binding layer in the technical field of constructional engineering. The construction device comprises a mounting plate, the top of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a storage tank, a driving motor is arranged on the right side of the mounting plate, and the left end of the driving motor is fixedly connected to the right end of a winding drum. The middle of the left side of the bottom of the mounting plate is fixedly connected to the left end of a connecting round pipe, the right end of the connecting round pipe is sleeved with a discharging port, and the front and rear ends of the left side of the bottom of the mounting plate are fixedly connected to the top of a connecting frame. The driving motor drives the winding drum to rotate, through cooperation of the winding drum and the connecting round pipe, the winding drum pumps out cement soft slurry from the connecting round pipe and evenly discharges the cement soft slurry outwards through the discharging port, then a vibration device is started, the vibration device drives a pressing block to vibrate through a connecting plate, and then through the buffering effect of buffering springs, the jolt ramming effect of the pressing block on the binding layer is improved, so that the surface of a bottom layer is tightly attached to the binding layer, and the hollowing phenomenon of the water retention binding layer is avoided.
