External hanging frame for apartment building corridor construction and using method thereof
The invention provides an external hanging frame for apartment building corridor construction. The external hanging frame comprises a corridor floor and a vertical floor; the vertical floor is connected with a cantilever beam through bolts; a first longitudinal beam and a second longitudinal beam are arranged on the lower side of the cantilever beam; an inclined support is arranged between the lower side of the second longitudinal beam and the cantilever beam; external hanging frame bodies extending upwards are arranged on the two sides of the cantilever beam in the length direction; each external hanging frame body comprises a first cross beam, third longitudinal beams, a second cross beam, a third cross beam, a first connecting beam, a fourth longitudinal beam, a second connecting beam and a connecting rod; a pull rod is arranged between the two third longitudinal beams on the outer side; a second inclined support is arranged on the pull rod; a mesh is arranged on the outer side of each external hanging frame body; and a threaded steel plate is arranged on the lower side of each external hanging frame body. A using method comprises the steps that nut sleeves are pre-buried, the cantilever beam and peripheral components are mounted, then the two external hanging frame bodies are hoisted and assembled, then the pull rod and the inclined supports are mounted, after construction is completed, the external hanging frame bodies are disassembled and hoisted upwards by two layers, and then the steps are repeated. The external hanging frame is stable in structure, convenient to disassemble, assemble and construct and high in safety coefficient.
