The end wall, away from the lifting cavity, of the transmission cavity is rotationally connected with driven shafts, the driven shafts are fixedly connected with ropes, the other ends of the ropes are fixedly connected to the upper end face of the lifting plate, the driven shafts rotate to drive the lifting plate to ascend through the ropes so as to drive the shell to ascend, and a spray head is arranged on the upper side of the shell. The spray head can rotate in the vertical direction and can spray water, so that water spraying operation is conducted on a wall surface to be shoveled before the wall surface is shoveled, a shovel block is arranged on the rear side of the shell, an upper shovel blade and a lower shovel blade which are symmetrical are arranged in the shovel block, and the shovel blades can shovel the wall surface down.
