The invention discloses a multifunctional studying accompanying house type which comprises a stair area, a rest area, a studying accompanying area and a leisure area; the studying accompanying area comprises a study room, a studying accompanying room washroom and a rest room, a hallway of the studying accompanying area is located at one end of the home-entry corridor, and the rest area comprises a master bedroom, a plurality of secondary bedrooms and a washroom; and the main living area comprises a dining room, a central scroll and a living room, a hallway of the leisure area is located at the other end of the home-entry corridor, a kitchen is arranged on the side, close to the stair area, of the dining room, and the living room is communicated with a corridor leading to the rest area. The building house type is divided into the rest area, the leisure area and the studying accompanying area through the partitioning and modular design, so that the requirements of different family members in different periods are met, meanwhile, the public sharing area is reduced, and the cost of one and a half houses can be used to achieve usage of two houses; and in addition, the building can better inherit the traditional central scroll culture and improve the comfort, so that the effect of integrating the culture grade and the comfort is achieved.
