The invention provides an anti-theft fence stand column. The anti-theft fence stand column comprises a supporting part, a net body mounting part and a connecting part, wherein the cross section of the supporting part is in an hourglass shape with two wide ends and a narrow middle part; one end of the connecting part is connected to the middle of the supporting part, and the other end of the connecting part is connected with the net body mounting part. The invention further provides a fence system comprising the anti-theft fence stand column. According to the novel fence stand column, the good supporting performance is achieved, and meanwhile, the good mounting effect on the net body is achieved; the cross section of the supporting part is designed to be in an innovative hourglass shape, and good rigidity and supporting effect can be kept while materials are reduced; the net body can be mounted without shearing and bending, so that completeness and stability can be maintained, a good anti-theft function is achieved, the mounting workload is low, and the mounting efficiency is improved; the bottom transversely penetrates through a cement board, so that while the whole fence system is ensured to be more stable, small animals are effectively prevented from entering from the bottom; and the whole body can be directly formed integrally and is convenient to produce and manufacture.
