The invention relates to a container and a lower and an upper construction element (1, 1000) comprising a first surface (10, 1010), and a second surface (20, 1020). The surfaces (10, 20, 1010, 1020) are arranged at a distance from one another, forming a space wherein at least one non-concrete composite bar (30, 1030) and a metal component (12, 1012) is arranged. Concrete (40) is arranged in the space between the first surface (10, 1010), the second surface (20, 1020), and the composite bars (30, 1030).
