Method for preparing magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide flame retardant from dolomite
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, and in particular, relates to a method for preparing a magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide flame retardant from dolomite, wherein the method comprises the following steps: calcining crushed dolomite powder in a high-temperature furnace at 750 DEG C-950 DEG C for 60 min-90 min to obtain calcined white powder mainly comprising magnesium oxide and calcium oxide, and sieving with a 200-mesh sieve for later use; transferring calcined white powder obtained by calcining into a steamer, and fully reacting in a steam environment of 90-110 DEG C to obtain magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide; and drying the obtained hydroxide flame retardant in an oven at the temperature of 70 DEG C-80 DEG C to remove surface moisture. The method has the beneficial effects that dolomite with abundant resource reserves is adopted as the raw material, so that the development and utilization approach of dolomite mineral resources is widened; and the preparation method is simple and convenient in process, magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide flame retardant products are obtained through a one-step method, generation of a large amount of waste liquid is avoided, and the preparation method is green, environmentally friendly and easy to industrialize.
本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种利用白云石制备氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙阻燃剂的方法,包括以下步骤:将破碎后的白云石粉于750℃~950℃高温炉中煅烧60mi n~90mi n,得到以氧化镁和氧化钙为主的煅白粉,过200目筛备用;将煅烧得到的煅白粉转入蒸锅中,在90℃~110℃蒸汽环境下充分反应,得到氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙;将所得氢氧化物阻燃剂于70℃~80℃烘箱中干燥除去表面水分。其有益效果为:采用资源储量丰富的白云石为原料,拓宽了白云石矿产资源的开发利用途径;该制备方法工艺简便,一步法得到氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙阻燃剂产品,避免了大量废液的产生,绿色环保,易于产业化。
