According to the concrete glue reducing agent, by adjusting solid-liquid interface energy among mixing materials, the dispersity of cement particles and fine aggregates is enhanced, the effect of cement molecules in each unit is dispersed and excited to the maximum extent, and powder flocculation and agglomeration are reduced, and part of cement particles only serving as filler can exert due effects.
