Recycled micro-powder concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to recycled micro-powder concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled micro-powder concrete is prepared from, by weight, 400-430 parts of cement, 750-800 parts of fine aggregate, 1100-1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 6-12 parts of admixture, 40-50 parts of modified micro-powder admixture and 150-170 parts of water; the modified micro-powder admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-12 parts of fly ash, 4-8 parts of silica fume and 6-18 parts of a regenerated micro-powder admixture; and the regenerated micro powder admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-15 parts of regenerated concrete micro powder and 1-3 parts of brick powder. The regenerated micro-powder concrete disclosed by the invention is relatively fast in setting time, relatively fast in early strength increase and relatively stable in later strength; the regenerated building micro powder of the building waste powder and the brick powder is doped into the concrete, so that the building waste is recycled, the resource is saved, the cost is reduced, the stacking of the building waste is reduced, and the concrete is relatively environment-friendly; the preparation method has the advantages of easily available raw materials, low cost, simple preparation process operation, no special requirement on equipment and easy industrialization.
