Method for preparing concrete prefabricated building block by using waste lime-fly ash gravel fine aggregate
The invention relates to a method for preparing a concrete prefabricated building block by using waste lime-fly ash gravel fine aggregate. The method comprises the following steps: crushing, screening and selecting lime-fly ash gravel demolition waste in a road to obtain recycled fine aggregate; uniformly mixing the screened recycled fine aggregate, fly ash, slag and MgO to form a stirred material; adding sodium hydroxide solid and water into the water glass, and stirring until the sodium hydroxide solid is dissolved to form a mixed alkali activator; adding the mixed alkali activator into the stirred material, and stirring to form geopolymer mortar; injecting the geopolymer mortar formed through stirring into a concrete prefabricated building block mold, then performing vibration hot-pressing curing molding, and performing demolding after standing to obtain a geopolymer building block green body; and performing steam curing and natural curing on the geopolymer building block green body. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the geopolymer mortar can be prepared into building blocks (such as slope protection bricks, pavement bricks and the like) with different types and purposes by selecting different molds according to actual requirements, the maintenance period is short, and large-scale production can be realized.
本发明涉及一种利用废弃二灰碎石细骨料制备混凝土预制砌块的方法,将道路中的二灰碎石拆除废料进行破碎,筛分选取获得再生细骨料;筛分后的再生细骨料、粉煤灰、矿渣和MgO均匀混合形成搅拌物;向水玻璃中加入氢氧化钠固体以及水,搅拌至氢氧化钠固体溶解形成混合碱激发剂;将混合碱激发剂加入搅拌物中,搅拌形成地聚合物砂浆;将搅拌形成的地聚合物砂浆注入混凝土预制砌块模具,接着振动热压固化成型,静置后脱模,获得地聚合物砌块坯体;对地聚合物砌块坯体进行蒸汽养护以及自然养护;本发明提供的制备方法还可根据实际需要,选用不同的模具将地聚合物砂浆制成不同类型及用途的砌块(如护坡砖、路面砖等),且养护周期较短,可以实现规模化生产。
