The particle size of the sand is 0.075 mm, and the screen residue is not more than 7%; and the cement is ordinary Portland cement or Portland slag cement or Portland fly ash cement with the grade of 32.5 MPa. According to the invention, manufacturing is simpler, the material is more uniform, the backfilling quality and the later construction performance can be obviously improved by adopting the new material, and quality defects of differential settlement, cracking and the like of the backfilling part are reduced, so that the resource investment is reduced and the field construction efficiency is improved.
