The invention discloses a multilayer phase-change energy-saving wallboard which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: mixed powder particles, chemical mixed liquid, phase-change material, additives and an organic solvent, wherein the chemical mixed liquid accounts for 5-15%, the phase-change material accounts for 2-8%, the mixed powder particles account for 25-42%, the additives account for 5-10%, and the organic solvent accounts for 10-25%. The phase-change material is added into the raw materials of the wallboard so that the overall expansion contractibility of the wall body is small, the phenomenon of supercooling or overheating is few, the heat conductivity coefficient is large, the density is large, the specific heat capacity is large, and the wallboard is overall non-toxic, non-corrosive, low in cost and convenient to manufacture.
