The invention belongs to the technical field of high-temperature alloy investment precision casting and relates to a ceramic core for a single-crystal high-temperature alloy blade and a preparation method of the ceramic core. The ceramic core comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55%-75% of quartz glass powder, 5%-15% of fused corundum powder, 5%-15% of zirconium silicate powder, 0.5%-5% of yttrium oxide, 0.5%-5% of lanthanum oxide and 10%-25% of a plasticizer. The raw materials are subjected to mixing, heating, stirring, cooling and forming according to the weight percentage, and finally the ceramic core is prepared through roasting and strengthening. The core disclosed by the invention is mainly used for preparing a single-crystal blade, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good high-temperature creep resistance and the like, and can overcome the casting defects of deformation, fracture, interface reaction and the like of a ceramic core caused by long-time (1-3 hours) action of the core and a molten alloy at a high temperature in a single-crystal high-temperature alloy pouring process.
