The device comprises a maintenance device shell, a belt pulley group, a first reed, a second reed and a dust collecting pipe, a water storage tank and a dust collecting box are mounted at the upper end of the maintenance device shell, and the maintenance device shell is placed on a motor; and the motor is connected with a first rotating shaft, a belt pulley set is installed on the first rotating shaft, a first bevel gear is installed on the first rotating shaft, and the first bevel gear is connected with a second bevel gear set. According to the urban rail transit maintenance device with the auxiliary lighting function, through rotation of a first polishing plate and a second polishing plate, rust removal polishing maintenance on a rail is achieved, manual maintenance is not needed any more, more convenience and rapidness are achieved, and illumination during maintenance is realized through a first illumination device and a second illumination device, so that a head lamp does not need to be manually worn.
