The milling roller is rotationally connected with the vehicle body through a bracket and is driven by a hydraulic motor to rotate; a group of oil cylinders are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body at the side, close to the tail of the vehicle body, of the milling roller, driving units are fixedly connected to the ends of piston rods at the tops of the oil cylinders, and drilling barrels are rotationally connected to the bottoms of the driving units and penetrate through holes in the bottom of the vehicle body; the drilling barrels are driven by the driving unit to rotate; a storage box is fixedly connected in the vehicle body, the bottom of the storage box is communicated with a concrete pump, and an outlet of the concrete pump is rotationally and hermetically connected with the drilling barrel through a pumping pipe; sunken roadbed is uniformly punched through the drilling cylinder, and then rapid hardening concrete is pumped into the drilled hole through the concrete pump to form a pile. Thus, the bearing capacity of the roadbed is increased, and the recurrence of pavement injuries is reduced.
