The invention discloses a hybrid energy consumption bridge seismic mitigation and isolation structure which comprises a bearing platform and a bridge pier at the top of the bearing platform, a cover beam is arranged at the top of the bridge pier, a bridge is arranged at the top of the cover beam, and plastic hinges are connected between the bearing platform and the bridge pier and between the bridge pier and the cover beam; and seismic mitigation and isolation energy consumption devices are symmetrically and fixedly arranged between the cover beam and the bridge, and a limiting check block is fixedly arranged at the side end of the top face of the cover beam or in the middle of the cover beam. The bridge seismic mitigation and isolation structure can better integrate the advantages of a ductile seismic mitigation system and a seismic mitigation and isolation system, is low in manufacturing cost and can be used for various bridge working conditions.
