The invention discloses a segmented installation method of a cable-stayed bridge steel tower, the cable-stayed bridge steel tower is formed by welding a plurality of sections of steel columns in sequence from bottom to top, and each section of steel column is provided with an upper interface and a lower interface; the segmented installation method comprises the following steps that a plurality of positioning plates are arranged on an upper connector of each section of steel column, and a target steel column is pre-positioned through the positioning plates; a plurality of positioning reflective stickers are arranged on the upper connector of each section of steel column, the space coordinates of all the positioning reflective stickers on the pre-positioned target steel column are obtained, and the space position of the upper connector of the target steel column is adjusted according to the design requirement till the space coordinates of all the positioning reflective stickers on the target steel column reach a preset value; the spatial position of the target steel column is determined; and the target steel column with the determined spatial position is welded and fixed. The construction efficiency and the construction precision of the cable-stayed bridge steel tower can be improved, the construction difficulty of the cable-stayed bridge steel tower is effectively reduced, and the construction cost can also be reduced.
本发明公开了一种斜拉桥钢塔的分段安装方法,该斜拉桥钢塔由多节钢柱自下而上依次焊接而成,每节钢柱均具有一上接口和一下接口;所述分段安装方法包括如下步骤:在每节钢柱的上接口设置若干定位板,通过所述若干定位板对目标钢柱进行预定位;在每节钢柱的上接口设置若干定位反光贴,获取经过预定位的目标钢柱上各定位反光贴的空间坐标,并根据设计要求调整该目标钢柱上接口的空间位置直至该目标钢柱上各定位反光贴的空间坐标达到预设值,从而确定该目标钢柱的空间位置;以及对空间位置已确定的目标钢柱进行焊接固定。本发明可以提高斜拉桥钢塔的施工效率及施工精度,有效降低斜拉桥钢塔的施工难度,还可以降低施工成本。
