The water blocking body is placed on a to-be-repaired canal slope, the sealing pad of the interlayer structure abuts against the canal slope to block water flow from entering the water blocking body, meanwhile, the water blocking bag body in the interlayer structure is utilized, gas or water is inflated into the water blocking bag body to form secondary sealing, the water flow is effectively prevented from entering the water blocking body, and water in the water blocking body can be drained through the drainage element, so that repair construction is smoothly carried out.
