The invention discloses an earthwork backfilling and tamping device under a ground beam. The earthwork backfilling and tamping device is characterized by comprising a pressing block fixed on the ground beam, a walking mechanism arranged on the pressing block and used for moving the pressing block, and an executing mechanism used for compacting backfill soil; the walking mechanism is arranged between the pressing block and the ground beam; one end of the executing mechanism is connected with the pressing block; a vibration compression roller used for tamping the backfill soil is arranged at the other end of the executing mechanism and acts on the backfill soil on the ground; and the executing mechanism controls the vibration compression roller to do reciprocating motion in a preset track, so that the purpose of compacting the backfill soil is achieved. When the device is used for compacting the backfill soil under the ground beam, the backfill work under the beam can be quickly completed by only clamping the device with the ground beam, positioning the position of a main rotating arm through a supporting hydraulic cylinder arranged on the device and combining a rotating arm hydraulic cylinder and the vibration compression roller, the compaction degree of the backfill soil can be ensured, and the backfilling quality is good. The device is simple in structure, can be repeatedly used in foundation beam backfilling in the building industry, and is high in universality.
