The invention relates to an open type underwater anchor pile guide frame. The open type underwater anchor pile guide frame comprises a base, hydraulic buffer devices, two supporting plate seats, a first guide mechanism, a second guide mechanism, a supporting frame and an opening-locking mechanism; the first guide mechanism and the second guide mechanism are buckled to form a cylindrical structure, and the first guide mechanism and the second guide mechanism are locked and unlocked through the opening-locking mechanism; the two supporting plate seats are arranged on the two sides of the cylindrical structure respectively, and one side of each supporting plate seat is hinged to the inner side edge of the wing seat of the base; a hydraulic buffer device is arranged between each supporting plate seat and the wing seat of the corresponding base; the supporting plate seats can do opening and closing movement on the base; and the first guide mechanism is connected with the supporting plate seat on the same side through the supporting frame, and the second guide mechanism is connected with the supporting plate seat on the same side through the supporting frame. A pile hammer can be prevented from accidentally colliding with the guide frame structure; and the overall strength of the guide frame is improved.
