The invention discloses a waterproof coating and polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll composite waterproof system and a construction method thereof. The waterproof system is used for basement waterproofing and comprises a waterproof coating layer and a polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll, wherein the waterproof coating layer is fixed to a base layer, the polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll is fixed to the waterproof coating layer, the waterproof coating layer is made of a non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating, the polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll comprises a polyvinyl chloride main body layer and a long fiber non-woven fabric layer which is located on one surface of the main body layer, reinforcing ribs which are made of polyester fiber fabrics are arranged on the main body layer, embossed patterns are arranged on the other surface of the main body layer, and the surface, provided with the embossed patterns, of the polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll faces the waterproof coating layer. According to the waterproof system and the construction method thereof, the waterproof layer has the advantages of uniform roll thickness, stable quality, good durability and good waterproof integrity of a coating film, and mutual complementation is achieved; and additionally, the problem of compatibility when the waterproof roll and the waterproof coating are mixed for use is solved, a good waterproof effect can be achieved, and the basement waterproof treatment effect is obvious.
