The invention discloses a flushing control method and system of a toilet bowl and a urinal. The flushing control method comprises the following steps: 1) continuously detecting a human body distance signal through a millimeter wave sensing module; 2) judging whether a human body enters an effective sensing area according to the human body distance signal, if so, judging that a human body target enters the effective sensing area, and entering a step 3), and if not, returning to the step 1); 3) judging whether the time duration of continuously detecting the human body distance signal in the effective sensing area is greater than or equal to T1, if so, judging that the human body target is using the urinal, and entering a step 4), otherwise, judging the target as an invalid target, and ending; and 4) judging whether the time duration of continuously detecting the human body distance signal in the effective sensing area is greater than or equal to T2, if so, judging that the human body target leaves, and starting flushing, and if not, judging that the human body target does not leave, and repeating the step. According to the invention, the interference target can be effectively identified, and the error impact phenomenon caused by long-time static dynamic detection of the human body target can be overcome.
