The anti-seismic composite steel structure comprises a steel column and further comprises a bearing assembly, a steel beam and a connecting assembly which are arranged on the right side of the steel column; and the bearing assembly is arranged on the right side face of a right wing plate and comprises a bearing body and a connecting vertical plate, the steel beam is arranged on the right side of the bearing assembly and is horizontally-arranged H-shaped steel, a bearing plate located in the left end of a web of the steel beam is arranged at the left end of the steel beam, the connecting assembly comprises an upper connecting assembly and a lower connecting assembly which are same in structure and size, the upper connecting assembly and the lower connecting assembly are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bearing block and are in an up-down symmetrical state, and the upper connecting assembly comprises a connecting transverse plate and a buffer plate.The problem that after rigid connection of the steel beam and the steel column is affected by vibration, the connecting joint of the steel beam and the steel column is damaged is solved.
