Fabricated building outer wall drainage structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated building outer wall drainage structure which comprises a vertical main drainage pipe. A plurality of first through holes are formed in the rear side of the main drainage pipe, a plurality of horizontal branch pipes are arranged on the main drainage pipe, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the rear sides of the branch pipes, and the main drainage pipe and the branch pipes are all polyethylene hoses. The construction method of the fabricated building outer wall drainage structure comprises the following steps that the main drainage pipe is positioned in a longitudinal joint of a fabricated building outer wall, the branch pipes are arranged in transverse joints, communicated with the longitudinal joint, of the outer wall, the branch pipes are communicated with the main drainage pipe, and the lower side of the main drainage pipe is guided into a sewer pipe near the building outer wall; and finally, the longitudinal joint and the transverse joints are filled with building weather-proof sealant. The structure can smoothly drain interstitial water in the joints of a fabricated building, and water seepage of the outer wall is prevented. The construction method is simple in step, convenient to construct and good in drainage effect.
装配式建筑外墙排水结构,包括竖直主排水管,主排水管后侧设有若干第一通孔,主排水管上设有若干水平支管,支管后侧设有若干第二通孔,主排水管和支管均为聚乙烯软管。其施工方法步骤如下:将主排水管在装配式建筑外墙的纵向接缝内定位,在外墙上与纵向接缝相连通的横缝内设置支管,将支管与主排水管接通,并将主排水管的下侧导入建筑外墙体附近的下水管,最后向纵向接缝和横缝内填充建筑耐候胶即可。本结构可以顺利将装配式建筑缝隙内的间隙水排出,防止外墙渗水。施工方法步骤简单,施工方便,排水效果好。
