The invention provides a split type prefabricated composite wallboard connecting piece, a thermal insulation wall and a preparation method. The split type prefabricated composite wallboard connecting piece comprises anchoring steel wires and a line-shaped stress main rib, through round holes are formed at the two ends of the stress main rib, and in the using process, the stress main rib is perpendicularly inserted among a plurality of composite wallboards in a penetrating manner; and the anchoring steel wires are vertically inserted into the round holes at the two end parts of the stress main rib in a penetrating manner. A composite wall comprising the connecting piece is provided with at least one connecting piece, and when the composite wall comprises a plurality of connecting pieces, the stress main ribs of the connecting pieces are parallel to one another. The invention further provides a method for preparing the connecting piece, and the method specifically comprises the steps that firstly, the stress main rib with the set length is cut out, then the round holes are machined at the ends of the stress main rib, then injection molding wrapping is conducted on the center of the stress main rib, a plastic sleeve is obtained, and finally threads are machined on the plastic sleeve. By improving the structure and the material, the problems that an existing connecting piece is low in anchoring performance, poor in shear resistance, low in construction efficiency and high in cost are solved.
本发明提供了一种分体式预制复合墙板连接件、保温墙以及制备方法,其包括锚固钢丝和呈一字型的受力主筋,受力主筋两端头设置有贯穿的圆孔,在使用过程中,受力主筋垂直穿插于多块复合墙板之间,锚固钢丝垂直穿插于受力主筋的两端部圆孔中。包括如上所述连接件的复合墙中至少具有一个连接件,当其包括多个连接时,多个连接件的受力主筋相互平行。还提供制备如上连接件的方法,具体为,首先切割出设定长度的受力主筋,然后在受力主筋端部加工出圆孔,接着在受力主筋的中央地方进行注塑包裹,获得塑料套筒,最后在塑料套筒上加工出螺纹。通过在结构和材料上进行改进,解决了现有的连接件锚固性能低、抗剪性能差、施工效率低、成本高的问题。
