The invention discloses a balance weight-free hanging basket mounting method based on a steel structure. The balance weight-free hanging basket mounting method comprises the following steps that positioning and paying off are conducted; a rectangular steel plate is welded to a steel structure cross beam; two bolt holes are drilled in proper positions of the side face of the square steel; the square steel is welded; a stiffening steel plate is welded; after welding is completed, welding slag is knocked out in time, and anti-rust paint is coated in a supplementary mode; a hanging basket suspension mechanism is mounted; steel wire ropes are reinforced; a suspension platform is mounted; a safety lock and an elevator are mounted; and power on and debug are conducted. All steel materials are connected through full welding, meanwhile, secondary reinforcement is conducted through the steel wire ropes, and safety and reliability are achieved; and compared with the prior art, cost is saved, operation is easy, scaffold erecting and balancing weight mounting are not needed, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明是基于钢结构的无配重吊篮安装方法;包括定位放线;将矩形钢板焊接在钢结构横梁上;在方钢侧面适当位置钻两个螺栓孔;焊接方钢;焊接加劲钢板;焊接完成后,及时敲除焊渣,补涂防锈漆;安装吊篮悬挂机构;钢丝绳加固;安装悬吊平台;安装安全锁及提升机;通电调试。本发明各钢材间均采用满焊连接,同时利用钢丝绳进行二次加固,安全可靠;与现有技术相比,节省了成本,操作简单,无需搭设脚手架、安装配重块,加快了施工进度。
