The invention relates to a building beam supporting structure and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The building beam supporting structure comprises a formwork, a plurality of supporting columns and supporting ribs, wherein the formwork is used for forming a building beam, the plurality of supporting columns are used for supporting the formwork, the supporting ribs are installed between the supporting columns, connecting pieces sleeve the middle of the supporting columns, supporting tables are arranged on the connecting pieces, connecting ribs which are supported and fixed to the supporting tables are arranged between every two adjacent supporting columns, and anti-falling parts which are used for limiting the connecting pieces to move downwards are arranged on the supporting columns. The building beam supporting structure has the advantage that the stability of a building beam supporting system can be increased.
