The invention discloses a steel structure integral mounting process. The steel structure integral mounting process has the advantages that the high precision is guaranteed, all joints are connected by bolts, the mounting is convenient, the quality is controllable, the inspection is convenient and quick, and the mounting efficiency and the mounting precision are high by taking measures of reserving mounting adjusting gaps, mounting gaskets and the like for the steel structure; according to the technical scheme, the process is implemented according to the following steps of positioning stand column feet and stand columns; placing a positioning fixing ruler in place according to drawing requirements; mounting frame columns; hoisting plant stand columns by using a special hoisting tool, inserting a fixed ruler, and fixing the column feet by using bolts; mounting external wall panels; hoisting the external wall panels in place by using a special clamp, and fixing by using special connecting pieces; mounting cross beams, namely, enabling the cross beams to be placed at the beam column mounting node positions and to be connected through high-strength bolts, and enabling the gaskets to be mounted and plugged tightly; installing floor slabs; adopting a special tool for hoisting the floor plate bodies to the corresponding positions of the cross beams, and adopting high-strength bolts for connection; mounting stairs, namely, hoisting in-place, and carrying out stair mounting; splicing the columns; adopting vertical column connecting nodes for splicing; mounting window boards; and mounting thermal insulation boards.
