The invention discloses an anti-theft structure of a battery swapping cabinet and the battery swapping cabinet. A knob potentiometer installed in a machine cabinet is connected with a door shaft, so that whether a bin door is actually closed or not is judged, and therefore theft prevention of batteries in the battery swapping cabinet is completed; the change of the opening and closing angle of the bin door can cause the change of the resistance value of the knob potentiometer, the resistance value of the knob potentiometer is determined through an experiment when the bin door is closed, the resistance value is set as a threshold value, and if the resistance value detected by a bin control board at the moment does not reach the set threshold value in the battery returning process, the door locking judgment cannot be realized; and the knob potentiometer is installed in the cabinet, so that the closing state of the bin door cannot be simulated without damaging the cabinet, and the batteries cannot be stolen.
本发明公开了一种换电柜的防盗结构及换电柜,通过安装在机柜内部的旋钮电位计连接门轴,来实现对仓门是否真实关闭进行判断,从而完成换电柜里电池的防盗;仓门开合的角度改变会引起旋钮电位计电阻值的改变,通过实验确定仓门关闭时旋钮电位计的电阻值,将这个电阻值设定为阈值,如果在电池归还的过程中,仓控板检测此时的电阻值未达到设定阈值,那么就不会实现锁门的判定,因为旋钮电位计是安装在机柜内部,所以在不破坏机柜的情况下,无法模拟仓门关闭状态,从而无法盗取电池。
