The invention relates to the related technical field of resource recycling, and discloses a water-saving faucet. The water-saving faucet comprises a faucet body, wherein a water conveying cavity used for water flow conveying is formed in the inner wall of the faucet body; a water outlet communicated with the water conveying cavity is formed in one side of the bottom of the faucet body; and a water inlet used for being communicated with the water conveying cavity is formed in the other side of the bottom of the faucet body. A driving plug is mounted in a mounting block, and meanwhile, a water conveying pipe is pushed out through the driving plug under the water flow pressure, so that water flow in an inner cavity of the mounting block flows out of a water outlet hole to achieve damping, pushing-out of the water conveying pipe is slowed down, and the water flow is gradually enhanced and discharged; and meanwhile, when the water flow is not provided in the water conveying cavity, a reset spring is subjected to elastic force, so that the driving plug is recovered, the water flow in the water conveying pipe is sucked into the inner cavity of the mounting block through the water outlet hole, and finally, the purposes of enhanced water flow discharge and independent suction of redundant water flow are achieved.
