The process comprises the following steps: a, collecting rainwater for preliminary filtration; b, enabling the rainwater to flow into a primary sedimentation tank for primary sedimentation after being preliminarily filtered; c, overflowing rainwater supernate of the primary sedimentation tank to a secondary sedimentation tank, flowing through a rainwater treatment device filled with a flocculating agent, and performing flocculating sedimentation in the secondary sedimentation tank; d, pumping supernate of the secondary sedimentation tank for recycling; and e, regularly taking out and replacing the flocculating agent in the rainwater treatment device; wherein the side wall of the primary sedimentation tank is provided with a water flowing channel allowing rainwater to overflow, one end, away from the primary sedimentation tank, of the water flowing channel is communicated with a vertical shaft extending to the ground, the bottom end of the vertical shaft is communicated with the secondary sedimentation tank, and the rainwater treatment device is arranged at the vertical shaft. According to the treatment process, the rainwater can be better subjected to flocculent precipitation to be recycled, a worker only needs to replace a flocculation agent regularly, and good practicability and economic benefits are achieved.
