The invention provides a glass wool composite material for airplanes and a preparation method of the glass wool composite material, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step S1, enabling graphene oxide to react with halogenated alkyl by using a phase inversion catalyst to obtain alkylated graphene; S2, mixing the alkylated graphene, epoxy resin and a curing agent to obtain a composite coating; and S3, coating the glass wool with the composite coating, so as to obtain a graphene-glass wool composite board. Compared with the prior art, the graphene-glass wool composite board has the beneficial effects that alkylated graphene and epoxy resin are compounded, so that the dispersity of the alkylated graphene in the epoxy resin is enhanced, the wear resistance of the epoxy resin layer is improved, then the surface of glass wool is coated with the epoxy resin layer, and finally the graphene-glass wool composite board with high wear resistance is obtained; and meanwhile, the graphene is subjected to alkylation treatment and has hydrophobicity, so that the waterproofness of the epoxy resin is not reduced due to doping.
