Tuff-based green ecological concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses tuff-based green ecological concrete and a preparation method thereof. The tuff-based green ecological concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 140 parts of tuff powder, 30 to 50 parts of tuff particles, 80 to 120 parts of fly ash, 60 to 80 parts of kaolin, 30 to 50 parts of a composite additive, 280 to 350 parts of desert sand, 80 to 120 parts of high-performance hollow glass beads, 100 to 150 parts of ceramsite and 160 to 200 parts of water, wherein the composite additive is prepared by taking monopotassium phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, carbamide and graphene oxide dispersion liquid as main raw materials and conducting fermentation and compounding. The obtained ecological concrete has good water retention, fertilizer fixation, air permeability and durability, can be used for desert edge windbreak forests, gobi planting plants, wind prevention and sand fixation, can realize resource utilization of tuff, desert sand and the like, and produces important economic and environmental benefits.
