Fine surface treatment method for anti-icing asphalt pavement
The invention relates to a fine surface treatment method for an anti-icing asphalt pavement, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering. The invention discloses a fine surface treatment method for an anti-freezing asphalt pavement. The method comprises the following steps: (1) bottom layer treatment; (2) bottom layer construction; (3) surface layer construction; and (4) cover construction; the surface layer construction comprises a process of covering a bottom layer with a low-freezing-point fog sealing layer material. The low-freezing-point fog sealing layer material is applied to the fine surface treatment process of the asphalt pavement, compared with a traditional fog sealing layer technology, the construction material is optimized, the technological process is reduced, and the two advantages of road maintenance and anti-freezing of the asphalt pavement can be considered. Ice melting agents do not need to be spread on the laid asphalt pavement after icing, and ice breaking and ice melting can be achieved along with rolling of wheels.
本发明涉及一种抗凝冰沥青路面精细表面处理的方法,属于道路工程的技术领域。一种抗凝冰沥青路面精细表面处理的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)底层处理;(2)底层施工;(3)面层施工;(4)封面施工;所述面层施工中,包括一个将低冰点雾封层材料覆盖在底层的过程。本发明将低冰点雾封层材料应用于沥青路面的精表处工艺中,相对于传统雾封层技术,本发明对施工材料进行了优化,减少了工艺流程,并且可以兼顾道路养护和沥青路面抗凝冰两个优点。铺设好的沥青路面无需在结冰后铺撒融冰剂,随着车轮的碾压即可碎冰融冰。
