The lead viscoelastic damper is embedded in the straining beam to improve the stress environment of the straining beam under the action of an earthquake so as to improve the earthquake resistance of the straining beam, the columnar lead core is beneficial to improve the strength of the composite elastomer and improve the buffering and damping capacity of the straining beam, and the stabilizing device can reduce shaking of the novel straining beam in the earthquake, and the structural stability is enhanced.
