Mortise-and-tenon type assembled pier structure and implementation method thereof
The invention provides a mortise-and-tenon type assembled pier structure and an implementation method thereof. The pier structure comprises a plurality of mortise-and-tenon type assembled piers which are vertically arranged, each pier is composed of an upper structure and a lower structure which are connected with each other, the upper structures are arranged at the tops of the piers and comprise bridge span structures (1), the lower structures sequentially comprise cover beams (2), standard sections (3) and foundations (4) from top to bottom, and the cover beams (2) are connected with the bridge span structures (1) through supports. Novel dovetail joints are applied to the mortise-and-tenon type assembled pier structure, and the novel mortise-and-tenon type joints of the prefabricated sections in the mortise-and-tenon type assembled pier structure are achieved. According to the mortise-and-tenon type assembled pier structure, the whole structure is prefabricated in a factory, and the quality of components is convenient to control; by means of on-site segment construction, the construction efficiency is high, the construction period is short, the problem of steel bar connection at the joints does not exist, meanwhile, interference on surrounding traffic is small, and the influence on the surrounding environment is weakened.
本发明提供了一种榫卯式拼装桥墩结构及其实施方法。桥墩结构包括:多个垂直竖向设置的榫卯式拼装桥墩,每个桥墩由互相连接的上部结构和下部结构组成,上部结构设置在桥墩的顶部,包括桥跨结构(1),下部结构从上至下依次包括盖梁(2)、标准节段(3)和基础(4),盖梁(2)与所述桥跨结构(1)通过支座相连。本发明将新型燕尾榫应用于榫卯式拼装桥墩结构,实现了榫卯式拼装桥墩结构中的预制节段的新型榫卯式接缝。本发明实施例的榫卯式拼装桥墩结构的整体结构采用工厂预制,构件的质量便于控制;现场节段施工,施工效率高、工期短,不存在接缝处钢筋连接的问题,同时对周围交通干扰小,对周边环境的影响得到减弱。
